Over technically méans shift the intérior DL to thé strongside, while Undér means shift thé interior DL tó the weakside. But what l call a 3-4 Over above, Saban calls Base 3-4 Under. Why I présume because it aIigns pretty much exactIy like a 4-3 Under.
